Pricing

• $10 per principal signature (North Carolina statutory maximum)

• Travel Fee: Billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate (round-trip)

• Scheduling Retainer: $35 collected at booking, applied to final invoice

• Same-Day Weekend Coordination Fee: $45 when same-day service is requested

 

All non-notarial fees are for travel, scheduling, and coordination only and are disclosed and agreed to prior to appointment.
