The key to unlocking higher levels of potential is learning how to best allocate our time which will ultimately show up on your balance sheet.
The ability to prioritize on the most important/most urgent items before less important tasks is a learned trait for most. The 80/20 rule suggests 80% of your wins come from 20% of your efforts. Be diligent in planning your work and executing your plan.
Covid-19 has forced businesses to enter a new phase which requires you to be more fluid and flexible in your approach to day to day tasks. Technology is critical to this very idea and the companies that thrive will find a way to remain organic but in tune with tech benefits.
